Refund Policy

We want Spark to genuinely help your brain. If it doesn't, we'll give you your money back. AKOJ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Spark subscription (monthly or yearly). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no interrogation, no friction.

To request a refund, email us at hello@akoj.se with the email you used at checkout and the reason for the refund. We process eligible refunds within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment processor (Stripe), usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account and avoid being charged for the next billing period. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (for example, duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, or extended service outages).

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account under our Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
